I`m looking for a fresh 302 (5.0) engine for my friend. He has a 67 mustang that he`s needing it for. Any newly built 302 from 68-95 will work. He currently has a 289 that is in need of a complete overhaul, but he would rather just buy another longblock or shortblock to replace it. Even a freshly machined block would be good. Just let me know if you have something for sale.

i may know where there is one at i can get a hold of the kid the motor was in a 95 but was orginally out of a 87 something happend that the bottom end need rebalanced and he didn't want to mess with it but what he is going to do with it i have no clue i can get a hold of him and find out and then i will let you know

not saying it wouldn't be something different for around here but damn that just seems like a lot of work to me!
actually i'm pretty sure the only time it's ever been done is for the movie. the money involved to pay someone to custom fab parts would be insane, unless you were amazing at that kinda shit.

no actually there is a place i belive is in cali that has been doing it for a while if i remember right! but the swap kits are a pretty penny

+1 agreed i belive that a ford should keep a ford motor and chevy's should keep there small blocks crossbreading them are stupid
i completely agree. i have never been a fan of that sorta thing at all.
cept caleb's rx-7 which is a huge exception to the rule.
